1) Quick consult, then we set the plan
We’ll look at your natural brow direction, how coarse or fine your hairs are, and where you want more structure. If you’re nervous, say it. People tell us they feel comfortable because we explain what we’re doing and we listen when you speak up.
2) Patch test (only if it makes sense for you)
If you’ve had sensitivity before, we’ll talk about it and do a patch test if needed. We’d rather take the extra step than rush you through.
3) Cleanse and shape setup
We prep the brow area, then map the direction we’re going to set. This is where your brows start looking “neat” even before we laminate.
4) Lifting step, then neutralizer

- Keep brows dry for 24–48 hours. Avoid washing the brow area directly, and skip face steams.
- Skip heavy sweating, pools, saunas, and steam rooms. Philly summers are no joke. Heat and humidity can soften the set before it fully locks in.
- Don’t rub or sleep face-down if you can help it. Pressure can push hairs out of position early on.
- After the initial window, brush daily with a spoolie. A quick brush keeps the brow direction looking intentional. If we recommend a conditioning oil, apply it after that first 24–48 hours.
Most people rebook around 6–8 weeks. If your hairs grow fast, you might want a touch-up closer to the 6-week mark. If you’re more low-maintenance, 8 weeks is often comfortable.
