I recently had spa services done at Donna’s, and I have to say the experience was top-tier from start to finish.

First, let’s talk about the cleanliness of her facility—it was immaculate. Everything was well-organized, sanitized, and gave me an immediate sense of comfort and professionalism. That alone set the tone for a great visit.

My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I truly appreciated the punctuality. There was no waiting at all—Donna was ready for me as soon as I arrived. She operates strictly by appointment only (no walk-ins), and it shows in the quality of service and attention you receive.

Now, let’s get into the services. I received a brow lamination along with an eyelash lift and tint—and I absolutely love my refreshed look! My eyebrows now appear fuller, neatly shaped, and beautifully defined. As for my lashes, I’ve always had naturally long, thick lashes, but over time they became thinner and less noticeable. The lash lift and tint brought them completely back to life!

The results were so good that my fiancé actually asked if I had false lashes put on—and I’ve never worn falsies a day in my life! I barely even need mascara now. My eyes truly pop in the best way.
